- If you need to cancel an appointment for a scheduled counselling session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients.
- Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a 100% cancellation fee we encourage you to reschedule your appointment instead.
1.2. No-Show Policy:
- If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show.
- No-shows may be subject to a full session fee.
2. Refund Policy:

- For all counselling services, no refunds are possible under any circumstances.
- We encourage you to make an informed decision before purchasing our services.
2.2. Order Not Confirmed:
- If an amount is deducted from your account, but the order is not confirmed, please reach out to us promptly.
- We will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

3. Applicable Law:
The return and refund of products and services will be covered under the Consumer Protection Act of 2019 and the general rules of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
