Cancellation and Refund Policy


Thank you for choosing our counselling for emotional well-being services. We value your trust and are committed to providing a positive experience. Please read the following policy carefully regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy:

1.1. Appointment Cancellation:

  • If you need to cancel an appointment for a scheduled counselling session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients.
  • Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a 100% cancellation fee we encourage you to reschedule your appointment instead.

1.2. No-Show Policy:

  • If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show.
  • No-shows may be subject to a full session fee.

2. Refund Policy:

2.1. Services:

  • For all counselling services, no refunds are possible under any circumstances.
  • We encourage you to make an informed decision before purchasing our services.

2.2. Order Not Confirmed:

  • If an amount is deducted from your account, but the order is not confirmed, please reach out to us promptly.
  • We will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

2.3. Changes to this Policy:

  • We reserve the right to modify the terms of this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Any updates will be posted on our website.

3. Applicable Law:

The return and refund of products and services will be covered under the Consumer Protection Act of 2019 and the general rules of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
