Thank you for choosing our counselling for emotional well-being services. We value your trust and are committed to providing positive experiences. Please read the following policy carefully regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy:

1.1. Appointment Cancellation:

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling of an appointment is permitted only before 12 hours of the scheduled time.
  • No refund shall be entertained within 12 hours of cancellation of scheduled appointment. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged in this case.

1.2. No-Show Policy:

  • If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-show.
  • No refund or rescheduling shall be permitted in this case.

2. Refund Policy:

2.1. Services:

  • For all counselling services, no refunds are possible under any circumstances.
  • We encourage you to make an informed decision before purchasing our services.
  • Payments to all our services are on a collect-and-keep basis.

2.2. Order Not Confirmed:

  • If an amount is deducted from your account, but the order is not confirmed, please reach out to us promptly.
  • We will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

  • We reserve the right to modify the terms of this policy at any time without prior notice.
