1. Cancellation Policy:
1.1. Appointment Cancellation:
- Cancellation/Rescheduling of an appointment is permitted only before 12 hours of the scheduled time.
- No refund shall be entertained within 12 hours of cancellation of scheduled appointment. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged in this case.
1.2. No-Show Policy:
- If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-show.
- No refund or rescheduling shall be permitted in this case.

- For all counselling services, no refunds are possible under any circumstances.
- We encourage you to make an informed decision before purchasing our services.
- Payments to all our services are on a collect-and-keep basis.
2.2. Order Not Confirmed:
- If an amount is deducted from your account, but the order is not confirmed, please reach out to us promptly.
- We will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
