This Privacy Policy explains how Blooming Mind collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you visit our website, contact us, book or receive services, participate in an assessment, purchase a Psychological Blueprint™ report, or otherwise interact with Blooming Mind.

Blooming Mind is a founder-led Clinical Psychology, Psychotherapy and self-discovery practice based in Pune, Maharashtra, offering in-person services in Pune and private online sessions across India.

The Psychological Blueprint™ is designed for self-understanding and reflection. It is not a diagnostic assessment and must not be used as a substitute for clinical diagnosis, medical care or emergency support.

Payment information

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Blooming Mind may receive transaction references, payment status and limited billing information but does not ordinarily store complete card or banking credentials.

Withdrawal will not affect processing already lawfully completed. In some circumstances, withdrawing consent may mean that Blooming Mind cannot continue a requested service.

Consent for marketing or promotional communication will be separate from consent required to provide a purchased or requested service.

7. WhatsApp communication

Blooming Mind uses WhatsApp for enquiries, service communication and, where agreed, report delivery.

When you communicate through WhatsApp:

  • Your telephone number, profile information and message content may be processed through WhatsApp and its associated infrastructure.
  • WhatsApp’s own privacy terms and security practices also apply.
  • You should avoid sending highly sensitive or unnecessary information through WhatsApp.
  • WhatsApp should not be used for emergency or crisis support.

Consent to receive an assessment report through WhatsApp does not automatically constitute consent to receive promotional communication.

8. Email communication

Email may be used for enquiries, appointment communication, report delivery, receipts, service notices and support.

Although reasonable security precautions are used, ordinary email cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information by email.

9. Psychological Blueprint™ processing

The Psychological Blueprint™ may use structured digital systems to:

  • Score assessment responses
  • Identify profile patterns
  • Generate personalised interpretive content
  • Perform quality and safety checks
  • Create a report
  • Deliver the report to the participant

Deterministic scores and profile facts are derived from the participant’s responses. Interpretive content is intended for reflection and self-understanding and is subject to safeguards designed to avoid diagnosis or unsupported personal conclusions.

Authorised technology and cloud-service providers may process limited information on behalf of Blooming Mind for report generation, storage, security and delivery. Such providers are permitted to process information only for the agreed service purpose and subject to appropriate safeguards.

10. Sharing of personal information

Blooming Mind does not sell or rent personal information.

Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with:

  • Website, hosting and database providers
  • Appointment and payment providers
  • Email and WhatsApp communication providers
  • Secure cloud and report-processing providers
  • Technical-support and cybersecurity providers
  • Professional advisers
  • Government, regulatory, judicial or law-enforcement authorities where legally required
  • Emergency or healthcare services where disclosure is reasonably necessary to address a serious and immediate safety concern

Service providers may receive only the information reasonably required to perform their functions.

Information shared during therapy or psychological services is treated as confidential.

Confidentiality may be limited where:

  • Disclosure is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim

12. Google Maps and external services

The website may contain embedded services such as Google Maps.

When you interact with an embedded map or external service, that provider may receive technical information such as your IP address, device information or interaction data under its own privacy terms.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Blooming Mind is not responsible for the privacy practices of independently operated websites.

Blooming Mind will acknowledge and address privacy grievances within a reasonable period and, where applicable, within the period required by law.

Where a concern remains unresolved, you may have the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India or another competent authority once the applicable statutory mechanism is available.

20. Children and minors

The website and Psychological Blueprint™ are primarily intended for adults.

Blooming Mind will not knowingly process a child’s personal information for an assessment, report or digital service without appropriate consent and verification from a parent or lawful guardian where required.

Psychological or therapy services for minors may require separate parental or guardian consent, subject to professional judgement, confidentiality considerations and applicable law.

21. Marketing communication

Blooming Mind may send promotional or educational communication only where:

  • You have requested it,
  • You have provided appropriate consent, or
  • Communication is otherwise legally permitted.

Service-related messages, payment confirmations, appointment information and report-delivery messages are not promotional communication.
